Those window boxes are beautiful! I would love some “fun money” to send at Lowes!

Crystal July 1, 2012 at 8:17 am

Beautiful! I’m looking for window boxes and these are perfect. Love the plants you chose, too.

Angela Cardner July 1, 2012 at 8:29 am

They look fantastic!

Hubby and I aren’t the best co-workers, which is another testament to how fairly simple putting in the wide plank pine floors are… we’re still married and the floor is almost done!

amber peters July 1, 2012 at 8:38 am

The window boxes look awesome! I’ve always loved that look!

Kim Wickerham July 1, 2012 at 8:47 am

Hi! I am a new reader from North Carolina. I have really been inspired by all your home improvement projects! Ironically, window boxes are very high on my priority list right now! Your boxes turned out beautiful!
Have a great day!

Janet Williamson July 1, 2012 at 9:46 am

Beautiful! Those are exactly what I have been looking for! hitting up Lowe’s this afternoon.

Elena July 1, 2012 at 9:47 am

I love your window boxes…they are absolutely beautiful. The contrast in colors between your swett potato vine and your other flowers are gorgeous. This inspires me to get my handy dandy tools out and try this project. Now if only I had some extra $$$$ to Lowes to get me started. Like how suttle I am? Great job!! I would love to see another picture of them in a few weeks!

Debb Lou July 1, 2012 at 9:48 am

I would love to have a $100.00 card for Lowes… flowers beware…

Katie M July 1, 2012 at 9:56 am

Jennifer July 1, 2012 at 10:12 am

I’ve been thinking we need window boxes on the front of our house ever since we moved in and I guess since my husband’s not so handy I’ve been putting that thought back on the shelf. You may have just inspired me to do it! Next time I’m at Lowes I’m looking at them…seriously!

Scarlette July 1, 2012 at 10:13 am

Love the boxes! They look fantastic just as they are. The planting arrangement you used it beautiful. Thanks for the giveaway and as always for sharing your talents with us.

Barbara July 1, 2012 at 10:31 am

Ok, I have one of those handy, handy men, but mine doesn’t look as hunky as yours! What number did you call!!? Well, I scanned the 789 comments and no one asked about WATER! Here in dry California, I’d need a drip to these beauties! They’d require daily H2O and good drainage. I could always do as I’ve seen some homeowners do and get an armload of silk flowers and stick them in. Blue carnations? Just kidding. I draw the line here!

Tam July 1, 2012 at 10:44 am

I love window boxes. I think it warms up a house. Hmmm, now where I put them at my house :-)

Karen July 1, 2012 at 11:01 am

Those window boxes are gorgeous! I would love to do something similar for my house, but I’m afraid that they would end up all wilting and dying because all of the windows are in direct sunlight all day long… we’ll see…

I love all the creative ideas I’ve seen. If I won the gift card I would use it to help finish our back yard. We have been in our house three years and the back yard still isn’t finished. We just had our third child, so we don’t have money growing on trees so to speak. We need some tress and rock to finish it!

Adrien July 2, 2012 at 12:39 pm

My family and I are building a new house, it is almost done! I’ve been eyeing windows boxes myself and I’m glad to see they weren’t too hard to install. They are the perfect touch! Love your arrangement…may have to copy it if I end up getting my boxes this year!

That made my day since I have 8 window boxes on my house and 4 on my garden shed! I also really like their selection of lighting. So many great options.
