I would be remiss if I started blogging again and didn’t talk about Haven. It’s such a major part of my life, and I’m SO proud of how it turns out every year. This year in particular was pretty darn awesome–if I do say so myself.
So I’ll begin the picture tour (’cause I’m a visual person) and let them do most of the talking. If you haven’t attended Haven before, hopefully these will convince you to be a part of this community. Learn from your peers. It’s amazing!
My friend Jaime from That’s My Letter made this United States map for us. Made. It. I bow to her.
The best part…the people! So many of them!
And the learning? Incredible. I continue to be blown away by the knowledge level of the blogging community.
A couple of the MANY sponsor booths. Our sponsors are second to none, and I’m thankful they choose to be a part of Haven every year.
We implemented a mentor program this year, and it was a success! These are my “mentees”. Let’s be clear, however. We all learned from one another! Again–knowledge level, remember?
Our final night is a Haven favorite. Our sponsors know how to throw a party, ya know? And apparently, we know how to dress like we’re in a girl band.
And while I’ve been blessed with many blogging friends (old and new), it’s no secret that these two girls are my soulmates. Our saying is basically “I wish we lived closer”, but Haven certainly allows us a few days of laughing, crying, and posing for way too many weird pictures.

And finally, my team. Three of the most amazing, intelligent, savvy women I know, and I’m blessed to call them my friends. These girls bring it all together every year!
Here we are leaving the hotel. I think it epitomizes our relationship. Poor Rhoda. She has to put up with Traci and me all. the. time. 🙂
