First things first–you guys are funny! You had so many great responses to Homegoods (read: apparently you’re almost as obsessed as I am), and your comments about the quiz were making me laugh out loud. You are so VERY supportive of my transition to 40. It’s not my favorite age (yet), but so many of you had great things to say about the year ahead of me! Thank you for participating in both!
As I’ve said before, Sarah and I aren’t very complex people, so coming up with questions were difficult for our little brains. If it makes you feel any better, my mom took the quizzes and got a 2/5 on both! Huh?
Here we go! My quiz–
Sarah and Chris are the exact same height: True! We are both 5’9″ and can easily reach the top shelf at the grocery store! Needless to say, we also struggle finding pants that are long enough for us.
Scandal is Sarah’s favorite show, but Chris can’t stand it: False! Who doesn’t love it? That show is fantastic, and I want Olivia Pope’s entire wardrobe.
Chris’s least favorite color is purple: True! It’s not that I don’t have some clothing items that are purple, but you won’t find me decorating with it–ever. Just not my thing.
Sarah was voted as “best voice” in high school: False! Step off, Sarah. Apparently, I fooled an entire senior class into thinking I can sing. Well, I guess I can sing a bit.
Chris’s name is short for Christine: False! This one stumped a LOT of you. I put this on my dad. My mom wanted to name me Christian or Christine, but his theory was, “They’ll just call her Chris anyway.” And so it is. Boring ol’ Chris.
Sarah’s quiz–
Chris is freaked out by The Wizard of Oz and can barely watch it:True! So many of you got that one right! Truth be told, I can’t ever watch it. Why do people like that movie? CREEPY.
Sarah and her husband have been married 18 years: False! My hubby and I have been together 20 years! Our 18th wedding anniversary is in a couple of days. We stumped you on that because clearly I don’t look a day over 29. And it would be weird for me to be married at 11.
Chris and Sarah’s sons have the same middle name: False! Even Sarah didn’t know the answer to this one until yesterday. They do not share the same middle name, but they do have two awesome moms in common!
Sarah loved high school more than college: True! Sarah actually asked this one last year–told ya, not so smart. She loved high school!! I didn’t love either one.
Chris hates attending weddings: False! Again, she asked this one last year. This is what happens when I let her think for herself. I don’t love them, but they’re fun. Sarah? Not so much.
Alrighty. How ’bout some winners up in here?!!
The $100 Target gift card goes to…

Heather
Ohhh I love Homegoods but I haven’t been in months! We’re trying to spend less these days and I had to cut back on my once a week trip 🙁
Kayla
I love Home Goods for many reasons! It is a place I can go to get inspired since I always seem to find something unique. Accessories, artwork, storage, bedding, lamps and rugs…it is my favorite go-to place. I honestly have to not go in the store to save my marriage and family budget;).
Congratulations, ladies! I’ll be in touch soon! Thanks for playing along this week! It was a wonderful birthday celebration for both of us!
Thanks for the answers. It was fun even if I missed most!
