The time has arrived. I started doing some Halloweening inside this week, but some outdoor Halloween ideas have certainly caught my eye. I certainly appreciate some Halloween impact on a house. These are my favorites!
I love how simple this is, but the added dimension is such an impact!
So this one is high on my list. Maybe not a vacancy sign, but I love the look. Added crows are a nice touch!
While I don’t think I could devote the time to something like this, it is such a favorite—especially if you drive on a busy road! I’ll bet people drive by it regularly to check out the Halloween spookiness!
Every year I tell myself I’m going to put spiders on the house, and every year I chicken out. It won’t be this elaborate, but how cool is this? I might actually be too afraid to walk into my own house!
If decorating the entire house for Halloween is too much, why not find a couple of impact items to really dress things up? I love the ideas of these mummies at an entrance.
And this porch could take the prize for best Halloween decor. Some Halloween bats cut out of felt and a spooky sign are a perfect combination.
I guess it’s never too late to implement some Halloween decorations outside, so hopefully these serve as some inspiration for you. I know they do for me! Off to reconsider that giant spider…
My friend and I made those signs from BHG a couple of years ago. We love them so much! Mine doesn’t have a post, but my neighbors does, and it has a crow!
Such great ideas! I think Halloween is so much fun ~ 🙂
these are all so fun! i am going to home depot tomorrow to get plywood to cut out gravestones for our yard. i can’t wait to get them done!
I’m visiting you today from eighteen25. Your site is full of amazing ideas! My weekly linky party–One Creative Weekend–has gone spooky this week in honor of my thirteenth party. If you haven’t already, I hope you’ll visit “One Creative Weekend” on OneCreativeMommy.com (open every Fri-Wed) and link up this idea and anything else you’d like to share. (You can include non-Halloween posts as well, but feel free to link up as many Halloween-themed posts as you like.) There are two categories—one for Halloween and one for everything else.
