Industrial Wall Sconces

Well, the basement has been slow-moving recently. Sometimes those rascals we call kids and that nuisance we call careers tend to get in the way, ya know? #eyeroll

I have, however, been doing some reconnaissance–aka shopping–to be fully prepared when we’re ready to go! I’m a lazy blogger, so I’m just using some cellphone pics to update you on the basement bathroom. Let’s start with the inspiration–

And then let’s finish with my first design mistake. I told the electrician the wrong place for the lights! ARGGHHH! Why, Chris, why?!  I’ll tell ya why. I was tired, the electrician was coming the next morning, and my husband was “rushing” me about my lighting decisions. I need a good 6…7 years to make up my mind, and I freaked out. I panicked. It happens.

 I guess that means we go with option 2–sconces. Wanna see what I’ve come up with?

As you can see, I’m going back and forth between polished silver and a more rustic bronze. Almost all of the options above come in either shade, so it’s just a matter of making up my mind (6ish years, remember?).
