Well apparently you guys like some Christmas ideas, eh? Thanks for the messages! The next most difficult group to buy for? Teens! Oh sure, money and gift cards are nice, but it’s always fun for kids to open presents too, don’t you think? And yes…teens are kids. Since I have a teen and a tween, and I’m surrounded by 675 teenagers every day, I think I have a good handle on what they like. Maybe? Enjoy!
You’re gonna notice a common theme of electronics. It is what it is. Kids live in an electronic world, and it’s what they know/like. These earbud pouches double as a little money holder too. Perfect for those girls that don’t like to carry purses (raises hand).
And for boys…er men? These earbud holders cool!
Speaking of earbuds, I know that Dre Beats are popular, but Bose is way superior in sound. Like, way. A special teenager in my family will be getting these earbuds this year.
Remember typewriters? Yeah, me too. Now teenagers use USB’s like they’re going out of style. This USB wristlet really is perfect for the student who needs the storage but loses it all the time. Not that that’s ever happened in our family.
Teens love Instagram, and Pinstagram is a great way to print out prints, books, calendars, and—my favorite—these large posters of some of their favorite pics. Buy a gift card for them and let them go to town!
Ahhh yes…the selfie. If you’ve ever tried taking one, you know it can be a miserable task. A selfie remote is the thing. Your teen will thank you.
A popular item now is the midi-ring. Such a pretty fashion statement, eh? You can really find them all over. The fun is mixing and matching them. Charlotte Russe has a good selection.
If you have any athletes in your family, then you know just how important a good bag is. We love this Nike duffel. He has specific bags by sport, but this one is small enough to lug around gym clothes and not be overly bulky.
While I would easily and quickly recommend books for teens, I would suggest a Kindle first. It can be much less expensive than a tablet, and it’s awesome for that avid reader that doesn’t need all the other apps that can spike up the price of a tablet.
While generally a little pricey, you can’t go wrong with PBteen. I want it on my list every year! If you have sleepovers as much as my little tween, then this sleeping bag will come in mighty handy!
Hopefully, this list will spur some ideas for you! I have all kinds of ideas! Now if I could just find the money to go with them… Happy Shopping!

I love that I’m not the only one who just can’t get a grasp on those dang affiliate links… did I do it right? Doubt it ; ) Great list, wishing I had thought of the IG print gift for my tween nieces!!!
