When Janelle offered to make me some custom charms from her company, I was aghast. I don’t have things custom made for me. I buy things at Goodwill then customize them with spray paint, so this was a HUGE treat for me.
Here’s where things get tricky. I wanted to show off her brilliant charms! Easy enough, right? Well, let’s take a look.
Notice where the camera is. Then notice where my eyes are. I’m looking in the mirror. Smiling at myself. I know, I know. Don’t quit my day job.
Let’s try again. Not bad, you say? What you don’t know is that I had to crop this one because I had a big ol’ Nemesis hair to the left. GAR!
Alright, let’s stay focused here. The point is that Janelle makes some of the most precious charms I’ve seen. I love anything that can be personalized, so these are right up my alley.

Once I tried to take a picture of myself with my camera phone to send to my husband who is far away…lets just say, it is not as easy as it looks…at least you had a mirror…after about forty snaps I decided a cropped half faced mad looking woman would be just fine to send. I do the same thing – smile when i take my own pic. Smile is the best accessory a person has so its all good. haha.
Also, I love the charms. Too cute for words! I never had anthing like that so it would be awesome if i won it but if not, its all good. =)
