I had thought my first project might be a sign with some nifty lettering but looking at some of the pictures makes me unsure. There are too many ideas floating around my brain now.
My first project would be some new Christmas ornaments for my tree. I’d purchase some pretty craft paper in various patterns, but all red. Then cut out snowflakes, ornament shapes and Christmas words. Then my old Christmas ornaments would be gifted to my kids and a young couple that are neighbors of ours that are just starting out. Last Christmas I gave that same young couple two Christmas stockings for their mantle – one with Santa and one with Mrs. Santa – and I gave them a matching tree skirt. I would LOVE to win this machine. This is something that I wouldn’t be able to afford to buy for myself….but my O my, the possibilities. I have two daughters (no sons…poor hubby),and once bought him a vinyl cling for his bathroom mirror that said “life is sweeter with girls”. I’ve been reading blogs that have the silhoutte and love their projects. I am a teacher and would love to have my own silhoutte to make labels for the classroom and for organizing it too.
