Not to be outdone, my daughter quickly pointed out that there are no pictures of her birthday on here. I wasn’t going to post it for two reasons: 1. She’s younger, and her party wasn’t as “elaborate” as my son’s. 2. I was so busy that day, I barely took any pictures! However, my little 5-year old had a ballerina party. She was adorable. She wanted a ballerina on top of the cake, but I didn’t know how else to decorate it. So…the cupcakes.
I KNOW I must have been busy when I look at this picture, because I can’t believe I didn’t take one that would turn out better. You probably can’t tell, but I streamed pink toile (spelling?) from the ceiling and dangled crafting letters in her name from black ribbon. All the letters had little ballerinas all over them.

I love the pink and black together. I’ve always liked pink and brown together, but never really considered black. So adorable for a ballerina party!
